FAQ

Pricing and timing

Does the ¥25 starting price apply to sleeves, waist and trouser length?

No. ¥25 is the starting price for selected basic work. Sleeve, waist and trouser adjustments are priced individually according to construction, fabric, technique and available allowance.

How long do suit alterations take?

Typical alterations take 3–7 business days or more, excluding weekends and public holidays. We confirm timing after assessment, especially for complex work.

What is included in leather care, and what does it cost?

Services include cleaning, recolouring, repair, hardware care and edge-paint care. Prices start at ¥200; typical work takes 3–7 business days or more after assessment.

What does a custom suit from ¥1,000 include?

The starting price includes one complete two-piece suit: jacket and trousers. Fabric and construction affect the final quote.

When does the custom suit's 14-business-day estimate begin?

It begins once the custom plan is confirmed. Material availability, holidays, special work and shipping may affect the final schedule.

FAQ

Fit, shipping and quality

Can I order a custom suit remotely?

Yes. We provide standard measuring instructions for you to take and submit your measurements. Key details are checked before production. Complimentary measuring and one fitting are included.

Can all three services be shipped internationally?

Yes. Suit alterations, leather care and custom suits support worldwide shipping. Outbound and return shipping and insurance are shared equally. Customs duties follow destination rules and are shared equally as agreed in advance.

Do you accept luxury brands, and are you officially authorised?

We can assess luxury and quality everyday brands. Mentioned brand names describe item types only and do not imply official affiliation or authorization. Suitability depends on the item and its condition; we do not use brand logos.

How do you check quality, and what if I notice an issue at fitting?

We inspect work against the agreed scope before handover. Custom suits include one fitting; suit alterations can also be tried on at handover. Please raise concerns during acceptance so we can discuss them against the confirmed plan. No general free-repair or refund policy has been set.

Which fabric brands can I choose for a custom suit?

We can discuss mid- to high-grade fabrics. Brands, collections, composition, pricing and supply depend on samples currently available; industry examples do not imply a partnership or guaranteed stock.
